It is important to know that there are things you can do to reduce your chance of getting cancer and to increase your chance of a good outcome if you do get cancer.

These include:

  • making lifestyle changes to reduce your cancer risk
  • knowing about cancer screening and who should take part
  • being aware of your body and seeing a doctor if you notice any changes.
