The Institute currently funds seven Translational Cancer Research Centres (TCRCs) in NSW.
These centres bring together research, clinical training, education and service delivery within a formal framework to connect leading research and clinical institutions.
The Institute developed a Model of Translational Research to define the stages of translational research.
This model focuses on the translation of basic research into a clinical setting as well as being applicable to the translation of population health and health services research informing programs and service delivery

A Translational Cancer Research Centre linking leading research and clinical centres in western Sydney.
A Translational Cancer Research Centre linking leading research and clinical centres in northern Sydney.
