Registered Administering Institutions
All research grants funded by the Cancer Institute NSW must be administered through a registered Administering Institution (AI). Administering Institutions are also responsible for ensuring the grant is progressing in a satisfactory manner, and submitting milestone reports and variation requests on behalf of grantees.
Registration
The Administering Institution and their nominated contact needs to be approved by the Institute. To register as an Administering Institution, please complete the registration form and return the completed form via email to the Grants Team.
*Please note - Institutions must be registered as an NHMRC Administering Institution before applying to the Cancer Institute NSW.
Endorsement of applications
All research grant applications must have an accompanying letter of endorsement from the applicant’s Administering Institution. Endorsement letters must be submitted on the Administering Institution's letterhead. Please see the Information about applying for Research Grants for the letter templates.
