2025 Cancer Clinical Trials Unit Travel Grants

The Cancer Clinical Trials Unit Travel Grants support the professional development of Clinical Trials Unit (CTU) staff in New South Wales (NSW) by enabling CTU staff to attend two key conferences in 2025, focused on the latest advancements in clinical trials, regulatory knowledge, and best practices.

Conferences

  • ARCS Annual Conference 2025: 3-5 June 2025, Sydney (applications pen to regional CTUs only)
  • Australia-New Zealand Site Solutions Summit 2025 (SCRS): 22-23 July 2025, Melbourne (applications open to all CTUs across NSW)

The purpose of the Cancer Clinical Trials Unit Travel Grants is to:

  • Support professional development and expand the knowledge of CTU staff in areas such as clinical trials, regulatory advancements, and operational best practices.
  • Promote and foster collaboration between CTUs across NSW, enhancing the exchange of knowledge, sharing best practices, and strengthening the overall clinical trial network.
  • Build interest and involvement in state and national clinical trial capability and capacity efforts, contributing to the growth of clinical research across NSW and beyond.
  • Encourage attendance for regional NSW CTU staff at the ARCS Annual Conference, ensuring strong representation from regional areas and enhancing their access to industry-leading insights and networking opportunities.
