The Cancer Institute NSW Research and Partnerships Concierge is your single point of contact for research support, data access, grants and collaboration opportunities.
How we can support you
Through the Concierge, we can assist with:
- Research and partnership enquiries – Providing an initial point of contact for all research and partnership-related questions, introductions and connection to relevant teams within the Institute.
- Partnership facilitation – Support for collaborative projects and programs, including those of national strategic importance (e.g. NHRMC Partnership Grants or joint Commonwealth/State funding applications).
- Data access guidance – Facilitating requests to access data assets relating to cancer incidence, treatment, outcomes, screening, trends and risk factors.
Update: Christmas shutdown
The Cancer Institute NSW Research and Partnerships Concierge will commence a shutdown period from 24 December 2025 until 9 January 2026 with normal operations to resume on Monday 12 January 2026.
To ensure that we can accommodate your partnership requests most effectively over this period, please note the following arrangements during December 2025 and January 2026:
Please submit requests to CINSW-ResearchDevelopment@health.nsw.gov.au by 15 December 2025:
- For partnership requests regarding research proposals and grant applications required by the end of January 2026.
Requests for access to data should continue to be submitted to CINSW-DARenquiries@health.nsw.gov.au; however processing may be slower over this period.
All requests received after 15 December 2025 will be reviewed after 12 January 2026.
