Travel Grants
This grant is currently closed.
The purpose of this grant is to support PhD students and early and mid-career researchers to disseminate their results at national and international conferences, in person and online.
It aims to:
- Support professional development and expand the knowledge of students and early and mid-career researchers.
- Promote and foster collaboration between researchers, clinicians and stakeholders across the sector.
- Build interest and expertise in all aspects of cancer research and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Disseminate knowledge and information to a range of audiences.
Applications
Applications must be submitted through the Cancer Institute NSW Grants Management System (GMS).
Submissions Open: 1 March 2023 (9.00am)
Submissions Close: 4 April 2023 (1.00pm)
Reporting requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide a conference report to the Cancer Institute NSW within three months of their conference attendance. The conference report may be made available on the Institute’s website. Successful applicants may also be invited to participate in the Institute’s events to share their work or experience for the benefit of other researchers.
