Upcoming changes to National Bowel Cancer Screening Program eligibility
From 1 July 2024, more people will be able to access the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program.
- Eligible people aged 45 to 49 will be able to request their first bowel screening kit be mailed to them.
- Eligible people aged 50 to 74 will continue to automatically receive a bowel screening kit in the mail every 2 years.
